Roc-Master Suzhou was established in June 2013 with the plant area of 18,000 m2 which is situated nearby the G2 JingHu highway. We have 2 big workshops for clad pipes, clad components, machining &clad piping products shop fabrication and have independent laboratories, measuring rooms, and special area for NDT. Our plant is mainly specialized in RocCLAD CRA weld overlay as well as rough and finish machining services and pipe prefabrication. Kushan factory owns 17sets of automatic pipe cladding machines and 44 sets of horizontal/vertical automatic cladding machines. The annual consumption amount of the welding wire reaches 580 tons. We have 20 tons of Inconel 625 welding wire and 10 tons of Incoloy 825 welding wire available in stock.5 tons of duty free welding wire for both Inconel 625 and Incoloy 825 are in stock.
Roc-Master Kushan is equipped with full-automatic narrow gap butt welding machines, pipe wall grinding machines, CNC lathes, CNC boring, CNC milling and drilling machines, hot induction bending machines and treatment equipment that can check furnace temperature uniformity by 9 thermocouples etc. Roc-Master can produce clad pipes up to 12.2M in length and minimum to ID=110mm and clad flanges, clad pipe fittings, clad bends, clad valve bodies minimum to 30mm in bore diameter as well as clad prefabrication products up to 4 * 2 *2 (m) in dimension. Our machining equipments including ordinary lathes can machine up to 2.5m in diameter and the CNC machining equipments including the four-axis machining center can reach up to 1.2m and is able to perform CNC boring, milling, cutting, and drilling. We have approved WPS/PQRs for both weld overlay and butt welding witnessed by 3rd party and Classification Society. We have welders qualified by AWS, LR, DNV, ABS and BV. We are able to carry out factory welding prefabrication processing for the clad& non-clad piping system and can provide welder training and examination services for EPC and installation company.
