Roc-Master Ji'an Piping products Co Ltd. is our principal fabrication base where the products are widely used in oil and gas, offshore, FPSO, petroleum, and petrochemical industries etc. We have two integrated production lines. One is for bolts and nuts, and the other for forged steel flanges, including cutting, forging, CNC machining, thread rolling, heat treatment, inspection , test lab, packing, and electric plating, etc.
All the forging, heating, baking, heat treatment temperature and other important activities are monitored and recorded in a PLC system.
