The Ji'an Branch is situated at No. 9 Tianyu Avenue, Qingyuan District, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province (Plot C16-1 of the New Industrial Park Control Detailed Plan). The Xuancheng Branch is located at No. 20 An Guo East Road, High-Tech Zone, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. Both the headquarters and the Ji'an Branch can provide testing services in four areas for metal materials: mechanical properties, chemical composition analysis, microstructure, and corrosio testing. The Xuancheng Branch mainly provides testing services in four testing fields for customers: mechanical properties and chemical composition of fasteners, mechanical and physical properties of coatings, and corrosion resistance and durability (environmental testing) of coatings .
The headquarters (Kunshan Laboratory) and Ji'an Branch are equipped with 50 sets of intelligent metal material sample preparation and testing equipment, including spectral grinding machines, metallographic grinding and polishing machines, intelligent resistance furnaces, microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines (30T), fully automatic pendulum impact testing machines, Brinell hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, Vickers hardness testers, direct-reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, stereomicroscopes, electrolytic polishing and etching instruments, and constant temperature water baths. The Xuancheng Branch is equipped with 15 sets of testing equipment, including bolt horizontal tensile testing machines (500T), salt spray testing machines, ultraviolet aging testing chambers, Brinell hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, direct-reading, spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and metallographic grinding and polishing machins.
The headquarters (Kunshan Laboratory) obtained ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation on June 9, 2025. Its testing capabilities cover four domains: chemical composition analysis of metal materials, mechanical properties, microstructure, and corrosion testing, encompassing a total of 63 testing standards across four categories—ASTM, GB, ISO, and ASME. By the 2026 surveillance review, the number of testing standards will be expanded to 100. The Ji'an Branch obtained ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation in August 2026, with its testing capability scope consistent with the initial evaluation scope of the headquarters. The Xuancheng Branch is projected to acquire ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation by the end of August 2027, with its testing capabilities anticipated to cover four domains: mechanical and chemical properties of fasteners, mechanical and physical properties of coatings, and corrosion resistance and durability of coatings
(environmental testing), based on 30 testing standards.
