PTFE lined U-bolts
- Stainless steel and alloy steel pipes used for orientation
- Using Teflon lined (PTFE) has low friction, self lubricating, maintenance-free, high load, adaptability and other characteristics
- Part of U-bolts and nuts can be galvanized, hot dip zinc plating, cadmium, xylan and other corrosion protection to meet different requirements
- Size: 1 / 2 "- 8"
- Operating temperature: -35 ℃ - 125 ℃

U-rubber coated bolt
Corrosion prevention as common U-bolts and pipe caused by contact between the accelerated corrosion of metal. Corrosion and erosion over the final holes into pinhole leaks. Using sharp U-rubber bolts step can remove the above-corrosion.
Roc-Master U-bolt rubber sheath for the ethylene-propylene rubber, and its superior resistance to ultraviolet radiation, even prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and still maintain stability; maximum working temperature can reach 160 degrees. Low surface friction coefficient, tear capability and, in the bolts are tightened to protect pipe coating from damage, both insulation and cushioning effect.
Hot-dip zinc plating, cadmium, XYLAN coated U-bolts to ensure the bulk of the corrosion resistance, but can also provide stainless steel bolts.
For diameter: 1/2-36 "DN20-DN900
U-bolt material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, with four matching nut
Bolt surface treatment: galvanized, hot dip zinc, xylan

In the rotor of a hydroelectric generating unit, Magnetic Pole Tie Rod are used to compress the pole core laminations into an integral structure; yoke tensioning studs serve to axially tighten the sector stampings of the rotor yoke into a rigid circular ring. Both are critical fasteners with high strength and exceptional reliability, enduring long-term centrifugal force, thermal stress and alternating loads.
Magnetic Pole Tie Rod
They axially compress the pole core laminations to ensure tight and neat lamination stacking, preventing loosening, warping or vibration during unit operation.
These studs bear the centrifugal force of the poles themselves, electromagnetic force, and axial force generated by thermal expansion and contraction.
Yoke Tensioning Studs
They axially fasten the sector stampings of the rotor yoke into an integrated circular ring, acting as the skeleton of the yoke structure.
They transmit torque and withstand enormous centrifugal force from both the yoke and poles (the yoke of a million-kilowatt unit can weigh up to 1,200 tons), as well as thermal stress and vibration loads.
They maintain the roundness and concentricity of the rotor yoke, ensuring uniform generator air gap and stable operation.

RocCote® zinc impregnation is a surface protection process that utilizes thermal diffusion to form a zinc-iron alloy layer on steel surfaces. This layer acts as a barrier, isolating the steel substrate from environmental factors such as radiation. In humid or marine environments, the zinc-impregnated layer also serves as a sacrificial anode, providing electrochemical protection to the steel substrate.
Applications of RocCote
RocCote® zinc-impregnated fasteners are widely used in marine oil and gas, chemical industries, steel structures, bridges, and other fields.
Advantages of RocCote
- Uniform Coating Thickness: Ensures consistent protection across the surface.
- High Hardness & Wear Resistance: Enhances durability and resistance to scratches.
- Strong Adhesion: Bonds tightly to the substrate, reducing delamination risks.
- Superior Corrosion Resistance: Effective in harsh environments like marine or chemical settings.
- Eco-Friendly & Safe: Low-temperature processing avoids hydrogen embrittlement and minimizes environmental impact.
