We are thrilled to announce the full completion and handover of our full-range ROC-ROD™ pipe insulation pad packages for the Nigeria HI Offshore Oil & Gas Project, in partnership with COOEC as the general EPC contractor.
Operating in West Africa’s harsh offshore environment with high salinity and heavy salt fog, the project faces critical corrosion risks including galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion between carbon steel pipelines and supports. To address this challenge, we delivered two tailored insulation material solutions:
POM-C series for ambient-temperature pipelines: featuring excellent electrical insulation, self-lubrication and wear resistance to cut off conductive paths and eliminate salt accumulation corrosion.
PEI high-temperature series: capable of sustained service at 170°C, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, with superior mechanical and insulating performance for high-temperature process lines.
All products are manufactured with imported Ensinger engineering plastics at our self-owned production base. Every batch is strictly inspected per DIN, EN and ISO standards, fully traceable with certified EN10204 3.1 material test certificates issued for full acceptance by COOEC.
This full delivery marks a key milestone in our global offshore business expansion. As a domestic specialist in anti-corrosion piping accessories for offshore energy and new energy sectors, we will keep optimizing our product portfolio and technical service capacity to deliver reliable, cost-effective corrosion control solutions for worldwide offshore oil, gas and wind projects.
