Roc-Master JiAn was established in April 2002 with an area of 30,000M2 , located in Meilin Industrial Park, Hedong Economic Development Zone, Ji’an City, which is 35 km from the JingGangShan airport, 1.5km from the train station of Beijing-Kowloon Railway, and close to the national highway network. JiAn plant is our production base for flanges and subsea forgings. The production flow is starting from raw material incoming inspection and cutting, heating, forging, heat treatment, machining, drilling, packing and storing in the warehouse then shipping to our valued customers. Travaller card, color coding system, traceablity system, in process NDT, process inspection and final inspection ensuring our products quality. Totally nine thermocouple test locations are used for controlling the furnaces during heat treatment according to the requirements of API 6A, special designed heat treatment forklifts and cranes bring us the capability to move the forgings from the furnace to immerse into quenching medium within 30 seconds, the temperature is monitored by programmable logical controller (PLC) system and is recorded both online and as hard copy. The forging line is equipped with one 4 ton electro-hydraulic hammer together with manipulators with capacity of maximum 4 ton forgings, two sets of 1 ton air hammer, one set of 750kg air hammer and one set of Vertical ring rolling machine with capacity of maximum diameter up to 1,200mm. The annual forging
capability is exceeding 5,000 tons.
We stock over than 1,500 tons of different grade carbon steel in accordance with NACE requirements, 200 tons of stainless steel and duplex steel, 400 tons of forgings blanks and semi-finish products existing of carbon steel and stainless steel.
